HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORK?
Submission Guidelines
Each round of the seminar consists of three tasks. Participants can earn up to 50 points per round by correctly completing all tasks. Each round focuses on a different area of medicine.
Submission Requirements:
-
All answers must be written in complete sentences.
-
Use Times New Roman, font size 12.
-
Highlight key phrases or important points using bold text.
-
Use 1.15 line spacing and 1.5 paragraph indentation.
-
All sources must be properly cited, including books, websites, and videos if used.
Citations should include one or more of the following:-
Website link (URL)
-
Book title and page number
-
Video link and timestamp
You may use any formal citation style, or cite using footnotes that include the required details.
-
Plagiarism Policy:
All submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection software.
Failure to properly cite sources will result in a 50% deduction from the score for that round.
Additional Guidelines:
-
When using standard reference values (such as normal blood counts or enzyme levels), always cite the source, as values may vary between countries or laboratories.
-
For tasks that require diagrams or illustrations, do not use pre-labeled images. All images or sketches, whether sourced or hand-drawn, must be labeled by the student.
Late Submission Policy:
-
Any late submission must be reported and approved at least one day before the deadline.
-
A deadline extension of up to three days may be granted if requested in time.
Submission Format:
-
Submit your solutions in PDF format through the "Submit Tasks" section.
-
Use the following naming convention for files:
FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME_ROUNDNUMBER
(for example: Anna_Kovac_1Round)
Feedback and Grading:
-
Corrected submissions with comments from reviewers will be sent to your email.
-
If you believe your work was graded unfairly, contact us by email and we will review it again.
